Brewery: Carlsberg Italia
Brewery Location: Lainate, Italy
Alcohol: 6.5%
This was simply the last beer my friend and I got in the same bar we first came to when we first arrived in Rome. We were tired, but we decided that we would drink one last beer before going to bed to catch our flight early the next morning.
Sight: There was a mild head which died down, leaving a thin film over the beer. For a pale ale, though, this was much more amber colored than I would have expected. Otherwise, it was fairly clear.
Smell: Pretty mild. A bit malty with some bittery hops showing through.
Taste: It was mildly hoppy and bitter, but there was also a strong sense of sweetness to it.

Overall
A pretty decent pale ale, but I have to wonder why it’s so dark/amber colored. I would drink it again, however, due to the color, I have to wonder if I even got what I ordered.
