Brewery: BOA?
Brewery Location: BRAZIL?
Alcohol: 4.9%
This was yet another one of the beers that my coworkers gave me when I quit my last company. This particular beer was a pilsner of a pretty standard variety.
It also had a weird inner-lining under the lid that looked like a bubble that I popped. I haven’t really seen that before and I thought it to be peculiar.
Sight: Very light, blonde color, like a pils normally is. Quite a few small bubbles. Light head that mostly goes away, but leaves a bit at the edges of the glass.
Smell: pretty standard pils. Mild, bittery/hoppy smell. Nothing too remarkable.
Taste: I wasn’t the biggest fan. It had a mild bitterness to it, but by mild, I mean really mild. It actually almost tasted like it was watered down. Too mild.

It even looked a bit watered down…

A less than stellar beer. Not the worst beer I have ever had, but it’s nothing I would ever go out of my way to get. I could understand why some penguins look so angry if this is what they have to drink.

(Please forgive the following double review, it’s just an odd quirk about my plugin, since I put a picture after the review, it then shows up again…)
