I am not the biggest fan of Erdinger’s normal weizen, but I do like their dark weizen. I saw this in the store, and I figured I would simply try it. “Schneeweiß” mean “snow white” in English. Not like the fairy tale, but solely as a descriptive word—white snow—since this is a special winter beer. Note that the German title of the Snow White fairy tale is “Sneewittchen.” Continue reading →
