This is another of the beers that my coworkers gave me when I quit. This one was nice—a mild american pale ale from mexico. Funny. This actually made quite the mess when I opened it as it started foaming excessively. I hadn’t shaken it up recently, in fact, I actually had it sitting in front of me for about 10 minutes while I topped off another beer until I opened it. I don’t know if that was a fluke or not, but I am glad that I opened it on my desk and not over a carpet.
I thought it was interesting that the neck label said “Cerveza de los muertos” and “Biere de la mort” which both translate to “Beer of the dead,” but the English label read “Queen of the damned.” I don’t know if this is just part of a series or something, but I found the discrepancy odd.
